Working with a grassroots organization in Egypt(جمعية خواطر أحلى شباب website: facebook), we are collecting funds for their latest campaigns across some of Egypt's most underserved communities. This organization has provided these solutions with a team of dedicated volunteers for more than 5 years and has made a name for itself across the country as one to be relied on. 

With your donation, we are looking to expand on this vision and continue supporting those in Egypt who struggle to access water for their most basic household needs. Previous work has been located in Al Minya and Sohag, areas which struggle to keep up with their resident's demands. Specifically, this fundraiser is aiming to build a water sanitization plant which consists of a bore being created, construction of the building hosting the filtration equipment, and outlets for those in the community to fill up water with.The organization has built 76 water sanitization plants in total across Egypt(notably, 38 in Sohag and 27 in Al Minya). These sanitization plants serve several thousands of people who will benefit from this clean water-- a resource they did not previously have reliable access to. 
 
Below are some projects they have worked on individually and with other organizations in parallel.  As with the donors of previous projects through this organization, if you choose to include your email upon donating, we will be able to send you a video of the project that your donation went to upon completion. All projects completed can be found in the updates section below once we donate the funds. 

So far, in collaboration with other donors, we have managed to raise more than $8,600 CAD towards this cause. Now, the Elhadary family has generously taken time to spearhead this fundraiser in the hopes of continuing this mission with their family and friends.
