Sylhet is a division in northeastern Bangladesh, and it has a population of over 12 million people, with women accounting for approximately half of the population.

Unfortunately, maternal health outcomes in this region are particularly poor, with high rates of maternal mortality and morbidity.

In order to address this issue, we are building a world class maternity hospital in Sylhet, Bangladesh, that will provide accessible, affordable, and free care to vulnerable pregnant women in the region.
