In the UK, one in four households with children—totaling a heart-wrenching 4 million children—suffer from hunger and lack adequate food (Source: Food Foundation).
In Qatar, the Feed a Friend community has already made a significant impact, supporting our friends facing financial hardship and struggling to find enough food. We've provided over 35,000 people with a month's supply of groceries, alhumdulilah.
Now, we're extending our compassion and support to the UK, where many are grappling with rising living costs and food insecurity. By partnering with trusted local food banks, we aim to bring nourishment and hope to the most vulnerable.
Our partners include Purley Mosque (Surrey) and Lewisham Islamic Centre (London), and we're continuously expanding this list to reach even more people across the UK.
