We need a place where families and the community can come together to pray, learn and develop their spiritual, physical and emotional well - being.

Our First Masjid Needs Your Help!!!

We, as a community, need your help to make our dream come true. The Muslims in Chatham, Canada have been working hard together and pulling our resources in an effort to build our first masjid. It has been our hope for a very long time.

Our dream is to have an inviting place to pray and gather, plus, so much more that will enhance the lives of everyone in our community.

Every city deserves to have a sanctuary that is community driven and will serve the needs of its people.

We found the building, Alhamdulilah. The act of turning what use to be a church into a masjid, a place where worshippers will now prostrate their foreheads on the ground in humility before their Creator, transforming it to a place of true deen, is indeed an act of great reward.

This old church can become a new masjid, but only if we hit our $195k goal!

How You Can Help? We took the initial steps. We are almost at the finish line. We need help to cover our first masjid's remaining balance. If we cannot cover it, our vision will end. The deadline is approaching and they will close the building if we cannot raise the amount we need. Please help us achieve our dream by:

As you can see, JAMI MASJID CHATHAM will not only be Chatham's first masjid but it will be a place that will have a positive impact on the lives of everyone in the community, God Willing.

Jami Masjid Canada will be a place that will bring people together while the world tries to isolate.
