Dear all brothers and sisters in Islam,

Alhamduli Allah, we thank Allah SWT who helped all of us to succeed in this project in the first place.
We thank all of you who supported the project with Duaa, donation, word spreading, physical effort, and intellectual inputs.
We thank all the donors from the 48 countries (A to Z order) who participated in the campaign, from Austria, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bahrain, Brunei, Botswana, Canada, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Slovenia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and the United States of America.

All praise is due to Allah SWT in the first and the hereafter Who also granted us with the budget to work on necessary renovation, furnishing, and a possible expansion plan. Kyoto Muslim Community has formed a new committee in its latest executive meeting to serve this purpose. Alhamduli Allah, the new committee has started planning through consultation and hard work already.

Only 18 days remaining to the end of the campaign. We have to complete the payment to the building honor before deadline, so please help. Otherwise, we may not have our dream comes true. Without a complete payment the purchase contract will be invalid and we will lose the down payment of 5.5 million Japanese yen (aprox. 54,100 USD).

Here in Japan, information about Islam is very lacking. More than 99.9 % of Japanese people are not Muslim and they don’t know much about Islam. However the Japanese are smart learners. The only problem is we don’t have enough places for them to go to know about Islam. Most of them don’t know anything about Islam. Let's help them to know Allah Subhanahu wa T'ala and Jannah. They need to be given a chance to learn about Islam and we here in the Kyoto Muslim Community work so hard to give them this chance in Sha' Allah.

But we cannot make it happen alone. We need Muslims around the world to help us with the help of Allah to donate generously to buy the target building and turn it in to the first Masjid in Kyoto. Pembinaan Masjid di Kyoto, Jepun.

Bismillah

Kyoto Muslim Community (KMC) adalah organisasi berdaftar di Jepun 'Ippan Shadan Houjin' (一般社団法人), dan bercadang untuk membina masjid.

Pada tahun 2019, kontrak dibuat dengan syarikat hartanah Jepun di mana kos menjangkau dalam 59 juta yen (RM2.39 juta).

KMC sudahpun membayar 10% dari jumlah kos kepada pemilik tanah dan 50% kepada syarikat hartanah.

Bakinya dipersetujui untuk dibayar selewat-lewatnya 30 Jun 2020. Seandainya lambat, ada kemungkinan perlu membayar penalti kerana hilang hak kontrak.

Buat masa sekarang, 40% dari jumlah sumbangan telah diperolehi di Jepun sendiri. Lagi 60% memerlukan bantuan kalian supaya lagi ramai orang Jepun mendapat berita Islam.

Di Jepun, informasi mengenai Islam sangat sedikit. Lebih dari 99.9% orang Jepun bukan beragama Islam dan mereka tidak tahu mengenai info Islam yang sebenar. Pada waktu sekarang KMC sedang mencari tempat yang sesuai bagi membuatkan mereka lebih tahu mengenai Islam. KMC sendiri tidak dapat melakukan semua. Oleh itu, memerlukan dokongan daripada orang Islam di banyak negara bagi membantu kita semua sendiri, seterusnya dapat membina jalan ke akhirat yang lebih baik.

Apabila siap masjid ini melalui derma dan sedekah tuan puan yang ikhlas, amal ini akan menjadi saksi dan hujah kita di Akhirat nanti.
