The operations and projects team are happy to advise your Qurban has been successfully sacrificed.Your Qurban is being provided to our brothers and sisters in need; some beneficiaries may only eat meat a few times or less each year.If you have observed the sunnah of not cutting the nails or hair until the sacrifice has been completed, you may now do so. MATW ensures sacrifices are completed as soon as possible on the days of sacrifice according to the country of sacrifice.It was Narrated 'Aishah R.A: The Messenger of Allah (Saws) said: 'A human does no action from the actions on the day of Nahr (qurbani) more beloved to Allah then spilling blood (of sacrificial animals). On the Day of Judgement, it will appear with its horns, and hair, and hooves, and indeed the blood will be accepted by Allah from where it is received before it even falls upon earth, so let your heart delight in it.' [Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadith: 1493. Hidayatur Ruwat, Hadith: 1415]We ask Allah to accept from you and from us and accept it in the scales of good.
