On the morning of June 5th, 2022, the owners of Zeezenia Market, Fawzy and Zaineb, awoke to their market, restaurant and livelihood completely burned down. This is a family owned and run business beloved by the community which was serving diverse and ethnic items and halal homegrown food from their own farm. Walking into Zeezenia was like walking into your home. As soon as you entered you would be greeted by family and treated like family. Fawzy and Zaineb were supportive of various non-profit organization, community events and always donated their food and their time to uplifting others. Now we are calling on the community to give back to a family and business that has always given to us.
