Two related families were staying at home when the house fire occurred early Friday morning. The fire has taken 7 precious lives including the lives of 4 children. 5 members of the family escaped the blaze.
The victims are two 12-year-olds, a boy and girl, an eight-year-old girl, a four-year-old boy, a 35-year-old woman and a man and woman, both 38.
All proceeds will go towards the support of the family.
The Muslim Council of Calgary Relief Center will ensure the funds will be dispersed to the family directly.
