The costs of building a home vary depending on the size, location and materials used. For these particular homes that we will be building in Bangladesh we have estimated the cost per home around 350,000 BDT per Home. This cost includes materials and labour.

 Construction Process 

• Land clearing and levelling
• Soil testing to ensure a strong foundation
• Laying the foundation with reinforced concrete
• Raising columns and beams using RCC
• Bricklaying and Concrete work
• Roofing installation
• Installing of Electrical work upon availability
• Plumbing for water supply and drainage
• Flooring
• Painting
• Kitchen and bathroom
