Five months ago, a kitten wandered around our house and peeked through the windows, silently begging our kids to come out and play. A friendly kitten indeed and my kids fell in love with him instantly. Since then, we fed him, loved him and cared for him. He proudly guarded our porch 24/7 like a 'boss'. We became a family and our children named him Boba.

Everytime we returned home, he would hop with joy and lick our shoes to show how much he missed us. He would be there at the porch to greet us every single day without fail. Except for one fateful day on the 1st October 2021, he was lying on the floor with white foam around his mouth and lifeless. Just less than 2 meters away, we found another lifeless stray cat, just like Boba, with white foam and very stiffed body. Sadly, this one was pregnant.
