Our Mosques are not just places to pray. They are places to learn. They are places to grow. They are places to connect - with each other and with Allah.

However, for the first time in history - many mosques around the world are closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Established since 1982, The Jamia Masjid and Islamic Centre Slough is one of the
oldest Masajid in Slough. The JMIC attracts a daily congregation of over
 1000 people and on Friday prayers it draws more than 2500 worshippers.
Its unusual classical architecture draws visitors from schools and the public throughout the year. The open attitude of the mosque and its people make a major contribution in fostering interfaith and intercultural understanding in the local community.

The Jamia Masjid & Islamic Centre offers various services to the wider
community ranging from health & financial advice to marital counselling. We also host (wedding) ceremonies, school visits, open days and exhibitions. We are committed to supporting local causes such as the SHOC, Age Concern, Wexham Park Hospital, Slough Fostering, Slough Food Bank as well a host of other statutory and non-statutory organisations.

Just give £1 a day to the JMIC this Ramadan ~ amounting to only £30 a month and watch your reward grow!
