I am raising funds to take part in a Ramadan deployment with Mission Possible, Islamic Help's flagship volunteer programme, and experience the opportunity to directly impact the lives of deserving communities through humanitarian work. 

From 27th February - 10th March, me and my fellow volunteers will embark on a deployment to Turkey, Egypt, and Jordan, to deliver Ramadan aid to beneficiaries who have been displaced or affected by conflict or emergency.

This life-changing experience transforms not only the lives of the beneficiaries but also us as volunteers, as we will be facing the heart-wrenching challenges that aid workers encounter on the ground on a daily basis.
