Mission Statement

At Al-Falah, the day is divided into two parts, ensuring a balance between the National Curriculum and Islamic Studies, both equally valued. The school strives to provide education that is both broad and deep within a disciplined, joyful, and supportive environment. Students are encouraged to be ambitious and creative in their studies and activities. Al-Falah Primary School fosters an atmosphere of achievement and celebrates both academic success and effort.

Al-Falah aims to cultivate an Islamic environment that not only preserves but also strengthens children's faith at this critical age. Our objective is to help every child gain Islamic knowledge while establishing a strong foundation in all National Curriculum subjects. This approach enables them to develop authentic Islamic values and make positive moral and social contributions to society.

Al-Falah School is committed to delivering a challenging and distinctive curriculum that promotes creativity, fosters a love for learning, and encourages children to value and care for the world around them.

About Us

Al-Falah Primary School, a registered charity, is an independent school providing full-time education for boys and girls of the Islamic faith.

Established in 2001 as a boys-only school, Al-Falah relocated to its current premises in February 2004. Under new management in 2005, the school expanded its provision to include girls' education. Initially with only thirty students, the school has since grown to accommodate up to one hundred pupils.

Our Aims and Objectives

Our primary aim at Al-Falah is to equip our students to become morally responsible citizens who benefit from their education and positively contribute to society as respectful citizens and ambassadors of the Islamic faith.

To achieve this, Al-Falah focuses on the following objectives:

  1. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where students feel valued.
  2. Instill in students an awareness of the consequences of their actions and a commitment to moral behavior.
  3. Ensure that the National Curriculum and Islamic studies complement each other, preparing students for this life and the next.
  4. Enable students to read the Quran with accuracy, understanding, and memorization.
  5. Foster self-discipline and self-respect, providing a basis for respecting others and making informed choices.
  6. Support all students in accessing the National Curriculum according to their individual needs and learning styles.
  7. Maintain high expectations for students and nurture their self-belief.
  8. Integrate Islamic values into students' social and moral education.
  9. Provide opportunities for students to engage in community activities and events, fostering positive self-image and interaction with the wider world.

The Prophet (saw) would give charity throughout the year, but he increased his sadaqah during Ramadan.

Ibn Abbas (ra) said, "The Prophet (saw) was the most generous of people, and he was most generous during Ramadan." [Bukhari]

As Allah (SWT) says in the Qur’an:

"Inna nahnu nuhyil mawta wa naktubu ma qaddamu wa atharahum. Wa kulla shay'in ahsaynahu fi imamin mubeen." (36:12)

Under the commentary of this verse, Qataadah (ra) has said that even the footsteps you take to the masjid, which the wind has wiped away, are preserved.

We seek to leave a legacy of producing Huffaz, scholars, and role models for our Ummah, whose efforts will benefit future generations until Yawm ul Qiyaamah.

We humbly and urgently request all our respected well-wishers and supporters to generously contribute during the blessed month of Ramadan. Any donation, large or small, will undoubtedly help Al-Falah continue producing Huffaz, scholars, and role models for our Ummah.

"The best charity is that given in Ramadan." [Tirmidhi]

"Charity does not decrease wealth." [Sahih Muslim]

"Give charity without delay, for it stands in the way of calamity." [Tirmidhi]

"Charity wipes out sins just as water extinguishes fire." [Tirmidhi]

We pray that Allah grants us success in our endeavor to elevate the level of Islamic and secular education in Britain, and we thank all those supporting us in our pursuit.
