As the sacred month of Ramadan nears, Global Rahmah Foundation prepares to embrace humanity by extending a hand to those in need. This year our initiative will be focused on the Crisis in Gaza.

Ramadan is a month of reflection, spiritual growth, and compassion. It is a time when Muslims around the world come together to strengthen their connection with Allah, and engage in acts of charity, kindness, and worship. Global Rahmah Foundation aims to make a positive impact by providing essential aid to the people of Gaza, this Ramadan.

Our primary goal is to alleviate the suffering of individuals and families in Gaza who are facing unspeakable hardships. As it stands, the death toll from October 7th 2023 has surpassed 30,000. This figure does not include the thousands of civilians, presumed to be over 4,000, buried under the rubble of destroyed homes, public buildings, schools and hospitals.  Palestinians are being forced to eat grass and drink polluted water in an effort to survive. 
These unimaginable horrors hardly scratch the surface of the devastating, catastrophic reality that Palestinians are facing in Gaza.

Global Rahmah Foundation is an internationally recognised humanitarian aid organisation, steadfast in our commitment to extending a helping hand to those most in need. We have a solid presence in various global crises zones, including Gaza, where our dedicated team has been working diligently for the last 13 years, and will continue so.

In response to the recent turmoil in Gaza, GRF have initiated an emergency campaign to provide comprehensive aid covering: 

Feed the Fasting: For just £5 per person, we can offer a glimmer of hope with a hot, nutritious Iftar to break their fast.

Family Iftar: At £25, we can deliver warm, wholesome meals to families struggling to put food on the table.

Family Food Parcel: A £50 donation ensures that families receive vital long-life food supplies, including oil, sugar, flour or rice, and canned goods.

Suhoor Meal For 10: With £30, we can provide nutritious Suhoor meals to needy individuals, giving them the strength to endure another day.

Family Water Tank: £50 can provide clean water for drinking and cooking, a basic necessity often taken for granted.

Family Water Tank Refill: A £15 donation ensures that water tanks are refilled regularly, maintaining a lifeline for families.

Public Water Tank: For £1200, we can establish public water tanks, offering access to clean water for entire communities.

Public Water Tank Refill: With £100, we can refill public water tanks, ensuring a sustained supply for those in need.

Orphan Sponsorship: £30 can bring joy to orphaned or needy children with special gifts on Eid, a ray of light in their darkest days.

Hifth Sponsorship: For £15, we can support educational opportunities for children, offering hope for a brighter future.

Olive Tree: A £15 donation contributes to agricultural sustainability projects, fostering resilience in the face of adversity.

Ramadan is a particularly difficult period for people blighted by poverty. With the rising cost of goods in many developing countries and a lack of income due to war or conflict, many needy individuals in countries such as Yemen, Syrian & Palestine Refugees, Gaza, Al- Aqsa, Rohingya refugees, India, Pakistan, Africa, and Afghanistan, are struggling to survive. Many lack simple resources such as safe clean drinking water and food. GRF have teams on the ground ready to distribute essential aid to those in need but we need help to go further this Ramadan as too many people are continuing to suffer.
