Each surgery is estimated at ONLY $2,000, and your contribution plays a pivotal role in realizing this humanitarian goal. The funds raised will DIRECTLY contribute to covering ALL aspects of the surgery, including disposables like gloves for sanitation, surgical implants, anesthesia, and medications, as well as instruments and radiographs. Each donation, regardless of its size, DIRECTLY supports the expenses associated with the surgeries. Our teams are ready for deployment and eager to work, but we need your help to continue these missions! 

Since its founding in 2022, FAJR Scientific has performed OVER 1,800 complex surgeries and has impacted thousands of patients across Gaza. 

Depending on the complexity of the case, each surgery is estimated to cost between at $1,000 & $25,000:

-Ophthalmology surgery $500-$1,000

-Orthopedic surgery $1,000-$5,000

-General surgery $1,000-$3,000

-Neurosurgery $5,000-$10,000

-OMFS and ENT $2,500 - $5,000

-Pediatric and Neonatal Interventional Cardiology $5,000 - $10,000

-Urology surgery $5000 - $9000

-Since its inception in 2022, FAJR has diversified its portfolio of surgical services to include every specialty and every surgery irrespective of its complexity, making it a world-class organization with world-class expertise.

-10 major missions conducted in Gaza, the West Bank, and Lebanon

-1900+ surgeries performed across missions, including complex trauma and reconstructive procedures

-5 Gazan hospitals supported: Shifa Hospital, European Hospital, Al-Aqsa Hospital, Public Aid Hospital, and Kamal Adwan Hospital

-Multiple severely injured children evacuated out of Gaza to US, with their guardians, and 1 adult evacuation to Jordan

The Mission: 

-Provide top-tier surgical expertise to vulnerable populations, transforming lives regardless of circumstances. We believe in the healing power of science,  compassion, and the human spirit.

-With the ongoing crisis in Gaza, we have expanded to include all specialties based on the needs of the community. Last year, our mission focused solely on orthopedics, and we successfully completed 153 surgeries in Gaza in just 5 days. 

-These missions involve not only the dispatch of critical medical supplies but also the deployment of highly skilled surgeons to address complex injuries arising from the ongoing conflict. We already have two out of ten shipments filled with medical supplies that have entered Gaza. Besides sending in medical supplies, we have been sending in dedicated medical teams. We currently have two missions in Gaza completed, with our third mission in the works.
