Our mission was to establish Hudhayfah bin Al-Yamaan Islamic Centre (MHbAY) in accordance to the Quran and the Sunnah upon the understanding of the Salaf as-Saalih. As the Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه و سلم) said in an authentic narration: “The best of mankind is my generation (the Sahabah), then those who come after them (the Taabi’een), then those who come after them (Atba Taabi’een).” [Bukhari & Muslim] The Salaf as-Saalih, or Righteous Predecessors, therefore comprises the first three generations of Islaam who had the best understanding of the religion after the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) himself.

As the blessed month of Ramadan is upon us , we are reminded of the importance of charity, community, and renewal. This Ramadan, we invite you to join us in a special campaign to free the MHBAY Islamic Centre in Leytonstone from the burden of debt. Our beloved centre has served as a sanctuary for spiritual growth, education, and fellowship for many years. However, we urgently need your support to repay the generous interest free loans which were given by our community. This debts threaten to hinder our ability to continue serving the community effectively. Together, we can alleviate this financial strain and ensure that the MHBAY Islamic Centre remains debt-free for generations to come.

Our Goal: Our goal is to raise £131,000 during the month of Ramadan to eliminate the outstanding debts of the MHBAY Islamic Centre. By freeing the center from financial obligations, we can redirect our resources towards enhancing programs, facilities, and services that benefit the community.

• Arabic Language classes
• Adults Quraan and children's madrasah
• Core Islamic studies classes

• Legal advice surgeries
• Health and wellbeing Sessions
• Cancer screening and awareness sessions
• Cardiovascular health and Ramadan health seminars
• Basic life support training
• Food Bank and ‘Share my Qurbani’
• Youth outreach and mentoring
• Segregated Swimming for men and women
• Education and tutoring support
• Pre Hajj seminars
