Making Eid Ul Fitr Great for the Local Needy

A partnership of Zubaida Foundation and MuslimsServe( formerly FEED Philly) this program donates "Eid Basket"s to LOCAL families, seniors and individuals before Eid Ul Fitr to ensure Eid is great for everyone in our communities. By Donating $125- which is one basket- each recipient receives a credit card loaded $120 and $5 of non perishable food items. 

Project has a goal of of raising 700 baskets.

Where Does This Go?

To LOCAL Zakat eligible Muslim Families, seniors and individuals through Zakat committess and Imam's of Masajid in the Philadelphia, New Jersey and parts of NY areas. As donations increase, the area and partnership will increase.

Impact on your neighbors!

With tough economic times, many in our area struggle daily. With multi parent working household; seniors relying on social security and no other income or savings, and simple homelessness- these factors lead a great many in our local communities to miss out on the basics most of us take for granted during the Eid holidays- new clothes, gifts for our children and good food to eat. This modest act of kindness to those in need has enabled thousands in our communities to enjoy their Eid just a bit more. Join in the impact!

The Project

Simple: Donate Full Baskets- $125, or multiple of any amount: 1, 2, 5, 10, 100- Whatever Allah and your heart guide you to. Baskets include $120 in cash, $5 goes to non perishable food items. 

Launch good will add a processing fee to your order to continue and expand their wonderful crowdfunding platform.
