At the heart of every thriving Islamic community lies a masjid—a place of worship and a sanctuary that serves as the spiritual and social backbone for all its members. Masjid-E-Noor in Luton is no different, having been a beacon of light and guidance for so many of us over several decades, serving the community in several manners and facets for both the youth and the elderly. As we seek to expand this blessed house of Allah (SWT), we extend our hands and pockets towards a noble cause, and what better month to further your sadaqah jaariyah charity than by contributing towards the expansion of this masjid. We are not merely building walls; we are building a legacy of faith, knowledge, and community for generations to come and with the hopes of the generations that have founded and have seen the masjid flourish with every addition. With the expanded space, we will be able to offer daily Salah and Jumu'ah facilities, alongside a multitude of educational and spiritual programs. These will include gatherings and talks for both brothers and sisters, youth programs, a Nikah service, a Maktab system for boys and girls from the age of five, and Hifdh classes to help preserve the Qur'an in the hearts of our youth. Additionally, we will offer both full-time and part-time Ālimiyyah courses, ensuring that our future scholars and leaders are grounded in both knowledge and piety.

As Muslims, we understand the profound reward of contributing to the construction of a masjid. The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said, “Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him a house like it in Paradise” [Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 450, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 533]. Every prayer, every lesson, and every moment of worship held within the walls of Masjid-E-Noor will bring rewards to all those who helped make this expansion possible; your single pound/penny/dollar in this blessed month will not fall short in the sight of Allah, rather it will be multiplied beyond measure for yourself, Allah willing.
