Projections show that by 2040, Islam will be the second-largest religious group in the United States, meaning that the demand for places of worship will only continue to grow. So, how much does it cost to build a mosque?

The Muslim Musallas will be small but beautiful and inspiring to even non-Muslims. 

  • The purpose of the Muslim Musallas is to establish up to 10 small-to-medium sizes prayer rooms in retail and leisure establishments such as malls, hotels, and even airports across North America and Europe for growing Muslim communities, ensuring convenient prayer access.
  • May cost anywhere from $70,000 to $120,000 (and up) for a space that will accommodate about 100 worshippers in a mall, including construction, rent (1 year), fixtures, etc. Your support is continuously required to keep the prayer rooms operational. In some instances, we may lobby to pressure malls to consider building prayer rooms as part of their development.

The First In-Mall retail-like Masri Mosque and community hangout and Wuduu for the ummah. This is an inspirational conceptual architecture that meets our vision to inspire humankind to Islam. The mock-up shows a larger mosque. We shall start building smaller versions.
