Waqf businesses: ongoing benefits
We have found that most of our brothers and sisters in Bilaad Ash Shaam would prefer to earn a halal living rather than rely on handouts.

Our Waqf project is unique not only because it provides a halal living but also helps to build and sustain other businesses.
Our teams will train and develop our brothers and sisters to become and stay profitable. 

Once all costs have been covered, a minimal rental fee will go back into the designated waqf pot which will then be used to empower other brothers and sisters by providing them with their own sustainable businesses.

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: ‘Among the actions and good deeds for which a believer will continue to receive reward after his death are: knowledge which he taught and spread, a good son whom he left behind, or a copy of the Qur'an which he left as a legacy, or a mosque which he built, or a house which he built for the traveller, or a stream which he caused to flow, or a sadaqah which he gave from his property when he was alive and well, for which he will continue to receive reward after his death.’ [Ibn Majah]
