A 4 year old child with complex congenital heart disease.

Mikael's life hangs in the balance as he battles complex congenital heart disease. Sadly, doctors in Pakistan are unable to perform the necessary surgery to save him. However, there is hope! Boston Children's Hospital has the expertise and appropriate surgical treatment available to save Mikael's life. Mikael does not have much time, as he is in a critical state of heart failure. The doctors have warned us that the surgery needs to be done as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this surgery cannot be done in Pakistan and because of this, we need to take him to Boston Children's Hospital which is the best in the world, to save his life.

Last week was quite difficult for me as a mother of a complex heart baby.
He just caught viral flu but like always it turned into a bad chest infection along with a high fever. His recovery is always slow and takes more time.
He was and is still on antibiotics. Cough is still till there
Due to his heart issue and weaker lungs, he takes more time to recover. Weight gain is already slow and whatever weight he gains, is lost within a week when he falls sick.
Mikael needs your blessings and support to reach Boston. Please keep him in your prayers and help us reach the goal so that this life saving surgery can be performed as soon as possible .
Spread the word amongst friends, families, celebrities and journalists so that this target is achieved within the targeted time.

My dear Azeez o Aqarib,

As the last Ashra of Ramazan has started and we will be bidding farewell to this month of blessings, I request you all to please keep Mikael in your prayers. 
Help Mikael reach Boston as we are running out of time. I ,as a mother , am trying my best to protect him from every harm . Even after so much care and attention towards him, I feel like I am failing. But in those times, when I am mentally tired and about to lose , your help and support give me hope. I fight with more energy for his cause. I want him to get better and I need your help in this .
He got really unwell in Ramazan due to severe chest infection and generally for Mikael, it lasts longer than normal kids.
However, with the blessings of Allah, as always , miraculously he got stable again, as per the doctor's observations.However, during his period of sickness, he faced episodes of fluctuating saturation levels and cyanosis- a condition in heart babies where they turn below due to low oxygen levels as their bad and good blood is mixing together.
It is a very difficult time on us. Like every parent, we love our Mikael , more than our own selves.
We need your support and donations in this.
