​Assalamu Alaikum, 

Misk Islamic Society of Canada...

was born out of a need in our Muslim community for organized services for the youth, by the youth. At Misk, we strive to foster an environment that enables Muslims to grow, be proud, and embrace their identity through spiritual, personal, and community development.

Alhamdulilah, in less than a year, we have had the pleasure of serving our community through a vast range of programs and initiatives for Muslim youth ages 9 – 18. When COVID-19 caused us and the youth to be home-bound, we brought Misk into their homes through virtual programming such as “Tick-Tock: Beat the Clock”, our National Youth Competition, and daily courses and fun activities on “Cyber Zone” and “The Virtual Hour” Programs.

We are humbled to be serving Canadian Muslim youth, and we want to continue to do so in a way that creates sustainable positive impacts in their lives. We believe our youth are our future and we will continue to invest in them.

قال رسول الله ، صلى الله عليه وسلم‏:‏‏"‏سبعة يظلهم الله في ظله يوم لا ظل إلا ظله" ذكر منهم: "شاب نشأ في عبادة الله"

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Seven people Allah will give them His Shade on the Day when there would be no shade but the Shade of His Throne”  Of those seven people the Prophet (ﷺ) listed one as: “a youth who grew up with the worship of Allah”
