A village in Bangladesh requires a deep water well to serve more than 15 homes. The existing fresh water supply, facilitated by a manual hand pump, has dried up due to a decline in the water table, as can be seen in the picture below.

Consequently, there is a need for a deep water well, with the deep borehole expected to be dug to a depth exceeding 600 feet, similar to the one shown below which was installed in a nearby village in December last year.
