JAPANeid mini is a new monthly set from “JAPANeid” packed in a Japanese-style bag filled to the brim with 20+ items. You'll get all kinds of Muslim-friendly/halal Japanese treats like traditional sweets, anime candies, newly released snacks in Japan and more. We also provide accurately translated allergy from Japanese to English, including the confirmed halal status info, for your peace of mind. Of course, non-Muslims are welcome to try JAPANeid mini too!

Over the years, seeing the Muslim tourists in Japan and throughout our Muslim-friendly media activities, we've often hear "Is this halal?" "I'm Muslim, can I eat this?" from many Japan fans and people wanting to try Japanese food. As many don't know where or how to find Muslim-friendly food items, many gave up the idea altogether. But despite people assumptions, our Muslim staff said: "Once I came to Japan, I found out there's actually A LOT OF halal food than expected". 

Under JAPANeid, we wish to increase the Muslim-friendly/Halal options of Japan for Muslims included to enjoy as we share with everyone that Japan does have delicious halal food and unique Muslim-friendly treat. With our souvenir sets starting to be sold in halal establishments in Japan, we wanted to bring a Muslim-friendly curated bite box to the people outside Japan.

So far, JAPANeid has been delivering snack boxes via LaunchGood to many Muslims and we're thrilled to see that many have enjoyed our boxes. With all the support we received and to give back to those interested in our snack box, we are launching this new JAPANeid mini!

For USD 13, the first JAPANeid mini will include portable-easy eat traditional Japanese jelly-like sweet “Youkan” made of water from MOUNT FUJI, an interesting mini muffin-like chocolate that won't melt, Japanese rice cracker and more.

With the supervision of our Muslim staff by checking the labels and confirming with the manufacturers, we only select items that have NO alcoholic drinks, NO animal ingredients (some may contain egg, milk, seafood), NO doubtful ingredients with unidentified sources, plus are SAFE from cross-contamination.
If an item has alcohol (ethanol) added ingredients, only alcohol content less than 0.5% are accepted based on the standards of global halal organisations.

We are a small but dedicated team. All funds raised from this campaign will be put into making JAPANeid even better, so we can share our joy with you guys! This includes:

• Sourcing the best Muslim friendly & halal snacks of Japan to increase our selection so you get something new and exciting everytime you open your JAPANeid box.
• Focusing on giving you all info about each item inside your JAPANeid box in English. We want to make you stress-free as we understand how important it is for Muslims to know what's inside the food you eating.
• We know our shipping options are limited. But this is not a one-time-thing and we plan to keep growing JAPANeid, so with your pledges and support, we can fight towards lowering the shipping costs by volume discounting as we improve our services.

You can expect your JAPANeid mini to be shipped by the end of September by Japan Post. Since we're still a start-up, we can offer INTERNATIONAL shipping with a fixed shipping fee included.

JAPANeid is a brand under our media platform Salam Groovy Japan, which we have been introducing the Muslim-friendly resources in Japan and useful info about halal in English-Japanese since 2021. Understanding of Muslim culture and diversity is what's matter the most, so we continue to educate ourselves with the help of our Muslim staff. 
Together we've conducted events introducing halal Japanese food to Muslims in Japan, while engaging in charity efforts to help the local Muslim community however we can.
