We “Knead” Your Help

Last Ramadan, we challenged ourselves to raise $100,000 to help the children of Pakistan by building a school in Kashmir. You guys smashed it and helped us raise over $166,000!

Now it’s time to build another legacy. 

This Ramadan, we are ready for an even bigger challenge. We will be raising $150,000 to build a bakery to provide jobs and fresh bread for refugees in East Sudan.

Everyday, thousands of refugees are one missed meal away from dying. They have no reserves, no energy or money to get food. In East Sudan, the refugees in the camps have been severely affected by one of the most devastating floods to ever hit the area.

This project is fully Zakat eligible! Food is a privilege and a blessing. Please donate your Zakat to create something life changing and give these refugees a chance to survive.

Where will the money go?

This year, Muzz has partnered with Ethar Relief to build a bakery in East Sudan. 

Help us raise $150,000 and let’s build something extraordinary. 

The bakery will provide fresh baked goods and jobs to those in need including refugees, widows and orphans in the Um-Gargour refugee camp near Kassala City. 18,000 people will benefit from this initiative and inshAllah give them a better future. 

And because we don’t do anything half hearted, it's of course going to be pink!

We’ve always promised to be transparent with you - if you’ve followed our Muzz school journey, you’ll know we give monthly updates on progress since the money was raised.

We promise to do the same for this project iA. 

A breakdown of all the costs, reports, and updates will be shared along the way. Donate and know exactly where your money is going. 

And if we smash the target again, we’ll be donating the extra funds to buy more supplies e.g. flour to feed more people.
