Last year, we endeavored to reach the impoverished families across Kashmir but fell short, leaving many in need. This year, we are committed to not only continuing our support but expanding it. Our goal is ambitious: to distribute essential food aid to approximately 3,000 families, focusing especially on those we couldn't assist last Ramadan. Each donation you make contributes towards fulfilling your Zakat and perpetuates the tradition of giving, as encouraged by the Prophet Muhammad. In doing so, you're not merely donating but providing a beacon of hope to those facing the harshest of realities.

In response to the ongoing crisis, we are urgently appealing for your support to help an additional 300 families by the end of Shawwal. These families, particularly those headed by single parents and those caring for orphans, face unimaginable hardships every day. The prolonged conflict in Kashmir has orphaned countless children and left many women widowed, all of whom rely on the compassion and generosity of people like you. With each food pack costing just USD 30, your contribution can sustain a family of five to six members for up to six weeks, offering them not just sustenance but a lifeline. Let's rally together to make an impactful difference in their lives, continuing the noble practice of giving that defines our humanity.

Urgent: Help Provide Shelter to Families in Crisis

After devastating floods in Pakistan last year, families are still without proper shelter. Our plan is to replace makeshift tents with proper mud houses for 200 families at USD 1200 each. We urgently seek your support for our Community Shelter Project in Nawabshah, Pakistan. 

The background of the crisis is severe, with 33 million Pakistanis affected, and winter is approaching. We face a funding gap, but construction is set to begin in July. Your support can make a significant difference. A donation of USD 1200 can provide one family with a secure shelter.

Iltizam Relief Society, active since 2013, has been impacting lives across 12 countries. By the end of 2023, we aim to establish a disabled rehabilitation center in Pakistan, inshaAllah.

Alongside fasting, we are advised to engage in acts of kindness, like showing compassion to family, visiting the sick, and providing generous sadaqah (charity) to the less fortunate.

Your donation can save lives of the poor in Sri Lanka

Assalamualaikum warahmatullah wabarakatuh,

In the month of July, an Iltizam Relief team visited our tube wells in Siraha district, Nepal. The aim of the mission is to check the condition of the wells and monitor the beneficiaries and it's surrounding.

Alhamdulillah, the wells are in a good condition and benefited from the surrounding villagers. May Allah Ta'ala reward the donors with the best of rewards for their good deeds.

Alhamdulillah, we have completed another batch of 10 tube wells with the help of our kind donors. As many as 65 wells have been built Alhamdulillah.

Alhamdulillah, we have completed phase 1, to all donors, May Allah continues to bless all of you and your loved ones.  

Allah says in the Qur’an, ‘By means of water, we give life to everything. (Qur’an, 21:30)

Alhamdulillah, with the donors' support and kind hearts, our local partner has successfully built another 5 tube wells for the Nepalese people. The beneficiaries for these wells thanked all the donors.
