NEW NOTTINGHAM MASJID APPEAL
Alhamdulillah by the permission of Allah, Taybah Charitable Trust have purchased a freehold church building in Beeston to convert to a masjid!
However the following essential work is needed to make the building usable as a masjid:
The cost of the above work is estimated to be in the region of £120,000 and we are starting an appeal in this blessed month of Ramadan to fund the improvements.
The Prophet (sallalahu alaihi wa sallam) said:
“Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him a house like it in Paradise.”
Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī
The scholars of Islam are upon agreement that building a mosque covers contributing towards the building, however small is the contribution.
Please build your house in jannah by supporting this appeal, which is a form of sadaqah jariyah (ongoing reward in the next life) and take this golden opportunity to please Allah and serve the community. Imagine that you will have a share in reward for every prayer in the masjid as you helped establish it at the beginning!
The Prophet (sallalahu alaihi wa sallam) said:
