In the heart of a relentless conflict, the essential needs of displaced families in Gaza grow more urgent by the day. The International Humanitarian Relief (IHR) is launching a vital campaign to provide daily bread to those most affected. This initiative urgently requires your support.
For the residents of Gaza, obtaining daily bread has become a perilous challenge. Following the destruction of numerous bakeries and the dire scarcity of power, water, and fuel, families are forced to depend on dwindling resources. Long lines form before dawn, with many leaving empty-handed, their hopes dashed as supplies run out rapidly. This ongoing siege has crippled the basic sustenance of over half of Gaza's population, exacerbating an already catastrophic humanitarian crisis.
IHR is committed to alleviating this crisis by distributing a loaf of bread daily to 100 families, with an operational cost of $400 each day. By leveraging local resources and coordinating with international aid, we aim to ensure a steady supply of bread. Our team is on the ground, navigating the complexities of distribution in a conflict zone, striving to reach the most vulnerable families and bring some semblance of normalcy and relief to their lives.
