THE CAUSE

Since 2020, Toybox has helped provide hundreds of underserved Muslim children in our communities with Eid gifts that help make their holiday special. As we worked with these children and their families over the years, we recognized additional areas in which we could provide support- one of which was educational supplies. As we approach the upcoming school year, we are excited to launch Pencilbox, a new initiative seeking to provide school supplies and other resources to help support their educational needs. 

THE GOAL

Our goal is to have a substantial collection of school supplies and educational resources to donate to children by the end of this summer. We plan to donate backpacks, stationery, art supplies, and other educational resources based on the age and needs of the student. We are hoping to support at least 100 students in our Baltimore community this year.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We are requesting your generous contributions to this project. Please support this cause however you can, whether it be financially, through social media, or even simply spreading the word amongst family, friends, and your respective communities. Your support will undoubtedly benefit our very own local communities, including ourselves, and will allow for greater social connection amongst us all.
