More than 16 million people in Yemen, including 8.47 million children, urgently need access to clean and safe water. These individuals are at a heightened risk of waterborne diseases, malnutrition, and other life-threatening conditions.

As you read this, only one third of Yemen’s population is connected to a piped water network. Help provide clean drinking water to the people of Yemen today.

Women and children spend their days walking to find water to bring home. In 80% of water-deprived households, women and children are responsible for collecting water. Their safety and hygiene management is at risk, and this practice also takes away time from pursuing education or working.
