As part of our charity programs, we organize Iftar, provide food packs and Eid during the Holy Month of Ramadan to the less privileged / needy individuals in the communities we serve (the poor, the needy, widows, orphans and others).

The Holy Month of Ramadan is filled with bliss of abundant blessings and presents us with an opportunity to maximize our good deeds. One of such acts which all Muslims are encouraged to perform in excess is kindness and charity (zakat one of the five pillars of Islam which means ‘to purify’. Allah Almighty mentioned in the Holy Quran: “Take from your wealth so that you might purify and sanctify it” {Quran 9:103} and it has been mentioned in the Quran in more than 30 verses).

Farooq Foundation presents you with an avenue to invest / contribute whatever you can towards our cause this Ramadan and reap Allah’s rewards on earth and the hereafter.

With your support, We managed to feed over 100 families last Ramadan and as we continue to feed those ever increasingly deserving families this approaching Ramadan, with your support, our plan of providing Iftar to multitudes of less privileged persons in our communities will be a reality.
You can feed a fasting family of 4 individuals from as low as $5/day, $35/week or $150/month and as many families as you wish.
  
THE PROPHET (SAW) SAID: “WHOEVER FEEDS A PERSON WHO IS BREAKING HIS FAST WILL EARN THE SAME REWARD AS HIM WITHOUT ANYTHING BEING LESSENED FROM THE REWARD OF THE FASTING PERSON”. {AT-TIRMIDHI}
