Since October 7th, 2023, the enormity of the situation has become clear: with over 28,000 lives lost, more than 67,000 injured, over 7,000 still missing under the rubble, and a staggering 1.9 million displaced.

The current situation across Gaza is dire. Hospitals, already at breaking point, are severely struggling due to power cuts, damage from bombardment, and an overwhelming demand to treat high numbers of patients.

Additionally, these facilities bear the burden of serving as shelters for those seeking safety amidst the ongoing crisis.

The region is also grappling with a significant shortage of food, water, and medical supplies. Families are now starving, and the injured are receiving life-saving operations without general anesthesia.

As the humanitarian crisis deepens, the basic necessities essential for survival are alarmingly scarce. Families are left frightened, trapped, and unable to seek emergency assistance. As the attacks persist, their desperation grows.

For many others, the concept of a place to call home has tragically been shattered. With no escape or anyone to turn to, they now face dire circumstances.

Families in Gaza, already grappling with a lengthy blockade, are now facing intensified poverty and food insecurity. Decades of instability have further denied Palestinians basic rights, including access to food, water, and medical care.
