Amazing Videos Need to be Unleashed!

Footage from the 2014 Rad Talks conferences in Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, New York, and Detroit are waiting to be edited and released. Rad Talks is a conference for sharing bright ideas about Islam & Muslims through 10-minute lightning talks.

Since the inception of Rad Talks, expenses for editing footage have mostly been paid out of pocket. Now that we're in 6 cities, it has gotten expensive!

We need your help to unleash some of the most insightful, inspiring, and sometimes game-changing content we've filmed!

Why it Matters

Our videos are how ideas from the Rad Talks conferences spread around the globe. One example: the "Unmosqued" documentary that made waves recently was inspired by a talk at Rad Talks. Even though the talk took place in Houston, the video enabled a filmmaker in New York to view it and find inspiration. The rest is history.

The Project

We are looking to edit 20 videos. That will cost $1250. Adding in credit card fees and LaunchGood's cut, we have to raise $1350. If we raise more than that, the extra money will be used to fund more videos and conferences.

To prove we're serious about delivering, for every $100 we raise, we will release a new video immediately, even before the fundraising is over (we'll pay the video editors at the end, once the funds are collected, in sha Allah).
