Severe flooding has struck again! Bekasi City has been totally paralyzed due to heavy rain since Monday (03/03) night. Thousands of homes have been submerged, a mall in Bekasi has been flooded, and some residents have been forced to evacuate. Jakarta and South Tangerang have also been severely affected, with at least 77 neighborhoods in Jakarta flooded, forcing residents to seek shelter in mosques and schools.

LAZNAS Dewan Dakwah is taking concrete action! We have distributed 500 iftar packages to affected victims so they can still observe Ramadan with dignity. 

Additionally, we have sent ambulances and participated in evacuating residents who suffered strokes to safer locations.

We are committed to continuing to provide emergency assistance in the form of:

- Ready-to-eat food for flood victims
- Medicines and health services for the sick
- Blankets and basic necessities for evacuees

According to BBC News, this flood is said to be worse than the one that occurred five years ago.
