This Ramadan I am grateful to be going back to Lebanon to serve our families there and across the globe. Lebanon faces one of its toughest years yet. The compounded effects of economic instability, inflation, and an ongoing refugee crisis have left countless families—Syrian, Palestinian, and Lebanese—struggling to survive. On top of these challenges, Lebanon has endured attacks and instability throughout the year, further exacerbating the hardships faced by its people. Families are grappling with food insecurity, limited access to healthcare, and the inability to afford basic necessities. Ramadan, a time of reflection, compassion, and generosity, is the perfect opportunity to extend a helping hand to our brothers and sisters in dire need.
