Donate $8 to offer an iftar meal to a fasting person. Help us spread joy and happiness of Iftar with needy / lonely brothers and sisters. Offering an iftar meal will get you the same reward as the fasting person.

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "He who provides a fasting person something with which to break his fast, will earn the same reward as the one who was observing the fast, without diminishing in any way the reward of the latter."

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "There are two joys for the fasting person: the joy when he breaks his fast, and the joy of when he meets his Lord."

Sister Sabria Foundation has been offering Ramadan Iftar for more than 30 years in Montreal. This year, in Sha2 Allah, we will expand our services as we get a larger facility in order to offer more help and more meals. 
 

Sister Sabria Foundation aims to help offer  12,000 meals this Ramadan (a three folds increase over last year) in sha2 Allah. 
 

We need your help to accomplish this goal. You may donate one meal or cover a whole day.

Sister Sabria's Mission

Lovingly known as the "Mother Teresa of Montreal", Sabariah Binti Hussein, aka Sister Sabria, is an inspiring community activist who has dedicated her life to feeding the hungry and protecting the vulnerable. 

Over the past 30 years, she has prepared over 1,000,000 meals, most of them prepared in her own kitchen. She has sheltered hundreds of vulnerable women in her own home, established a small food bank, and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for humanitarian causes. 

Sister Sabria Foundation Iftar  is a yearly activity that servers serveal purposes:

1. Offering a healthy and delicious iftar meal to a needy person or a lonely person
2. Offering a volunteering forum for our sisters to come and enjoy the experience.
