We are on a mission to resettle Palestinian refugees in Canada.  

This isn't a new project.  Since November 20th, with the support of our generous donors, we've helped over 303 Palestinians get the assistance they need to start over in Canada.  But as you can tell from the news and estimate, so many more are reaching out and asking to be relocated to Canada.  We have partnered with Launchgood to invite others like you to help us respond to the Palestinians who are counting on us.  Will you join us in answering their call for help?  Donate now!

It is what we CAN do now! 

The challenges the millions of Palestinian women, children, and families face is unthinkable and numerous.  Many relief organizations, including ICNA Relief Canada, are working hard to get aid into Gaza.  As soon as the Canadian government announced a visa program for Palestinians, our team went to work.  While it isn't the only solution, it is A solution for those Palestinians who ARE asking for it.  We decided we would respond.  We need you to join us!  Donate now! 

The Details:

Our Programs team did their homework and put together a comprehensive six-month program that provides air tickets, arrival support at the airport in Toronto and to a hotel, including a health and wellness check-up, housing support so they have a place to stay, and then school placement for the kids, job placement and career support for the parents. We aren't doing all this by ourselves, our team has put together a network of experts, partners, and collaborators.  We want to make sure Palestinian refugees have everything they need but, more importantly, are set up for success.  To help a Palestinian refugee start over, we need $8000.       

Our Prayer for you and them

We pray to Allah to provide ease, wellness, and security to Palestinian women, children, and families who have lost everything, just like the Quraish had lost everything. We ask Allah to include us among the Ansar, who were the helpers of the Prophet (sas), and the Muhajiroon, who came with nothing.  The migration and the support were a tremendous hardship that everyone undertook.  And because it was all done for the sake of Allah, Allah says, as mentioned in Sura 9:117, that He showed mercy on them.  May Allah make us like the Ansar and include us like the Ansar.  

“Allah has certainly turned in mercy to the Prophet1 as well as the Emigrants and the Helpers who stood by him in the time of hardship after the hearts of a group of them had almost faltered. He then accepted their repentance. Surely He is Ever Gracious and Most Merciful to them.” 9:117
