Who are the Rohingya Muslims?

The Rohingya are a Muslim minority of around 1.3 million, formerly living in the Rakhine State in Myanmar. 
Rohingya Muslims represent the largest percentage of Muslims in Myanmar. They have their own language and culture and we can say that they are descendants of Arab traders and other groups who have been in the region for generations. But the government of Myanmar (Buddhist country) denies the Rohingya citizens and excluded them from the 2014 census. So they refused to recognise them as people.

Now most of Rohingya Muslims are settled in Bangladesh as immigrants.

Here is what we are doing

We, as IHCRO, will build Rohingya Houses for these desperate refugees. As an exaple, you can reach the pictures of houses we are going to build with our partner organization, AL-Manahel, in Bangladesh. Our aim is to build 100 Rohingya Houses and one house price will be 750 $. All our constructions will be supervised by our field manager Abu Abdulrahman.

Description

These are the new houses that the Government of Bangladesh allowed. The floor is with bricks and the columns are made of concrete. We are going to use approximately 900 to 1000 bricks per house containing chement columns and bamboos. 
These new type of houses are more reliable and the government allows these types for organizations to build. Because the old types were fully made of bamboo and they flew away during the rough weather season.
