We are raising money to support the Mentally Fit Muslims nonprofit organization. We help Muslims with mental health disorders and challenges. We advocate for them. Help us support our cause by making a donation today!
Muslims with mental health challenges, we are here for you. Too often, Muslims with mental disorders feel alone and unsupported. That's why we created Mentally Fit Muslims - to provide a community of support and resources for those who need it.
The founder of MFM, Saba Malik, will inshaAllah be doing a 5K in April 2022 to raise $5K for our nonprofit. Please donate to help her meet our goal!
We need your help to continue our work! By making a donation today, you can help us provide support and resources to Muslims with mental health challenges all over the world. Make your tax deductible donation before it’s too late! Thank you for your generosity.
Asqarini Hasbi benefitted from the Mentally Fit Muslims organization's support. She was featured on the MFM podcast to inspire other Muslims struggling with bipolar.
Even though I don't remember the date, every year at this time of year I always feel a wave of trauma wash over me. You see it was in March that my life changed forever when I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and there wasn’t any support from our community to help carry my family and I through those dark hours.
I always think about how much stress mental illness put into our lives and whether you've had one diagnosed recently or have been fighting for years, support from those around you can make all the difference. My illness is still there serving as a backdrop to everything else happening around me - whether good or bad! It makes sense why you would feel trauma when getting diagnosed but what really sucks about this whole situation? The complete lack of support from my community who could've helped during those dark days.
I was blessed to have some very special teachers and coaches who helped me get better. Now, I want to give back but I can't do it alone. I need your support. Donate now.

Our objectives and programs are:
Here is a graph of our expenses:
Each podcast episode costs about 805.82$ to make properly. We want to make sure our content is valuable and professional. We also need a budget for marketing (which isn't included in this report) so we can get the word out. So far, the founders of MFM (Saba Malik and Fahd Haleem) have funded this project from their own pocket and to sustain it, we need your help. You can also click here for a more detailed list of everything your money will go towards.
Support Muslims with mental health challenges by making a donation today. Choose your giving level by choosing the various options. Share this campaign and tell your family and friends to donate.

We did it!
Alhumudulillah with your support, we've surpassed our goal!
We also adjusted our expenses and budget so MFM doesn't actually need a lot to run right now. We collected enough funds to sustain ourselves till next March and pay for basic things like website hosting, domain, SEO and email service.
InshaAllah we will be launching a private support group on our website soon so keep your eyes peeled.
Thank you for your support!
We've met 10% of our goal :) still need your help though spreading the word...
Alhumdulillah we got some donations in...only 10% of our goal though.
I thank those who have donated generously. Please tell your friends and family to support the mental health of our Muslim community!
I'm doing the 5K to raise $5K on April 23, 2022 inshaAllah in the small state of Delaware in the U.S. I usually run to add another medal to my collection but it's the first time I'm raising funds for my nonprofit Mentally Fit Muslims.
Please spread the word! And for a detailed list of where your generous donations go, please visit https://www.mentallyfitmuslims.org/financial-report Visit this link https://www.mentallyfitmuslims.org/financial-report on your desktop to see our full financial expense spreadsheet.
And if you have feedback on where your donation should go or what I should change on the above financial expense sheet, please email me at podcast@mentallyfitmuslims.org. This nonprofit is here to serve and support your mental health after all...
Just getting started...
