إِنَّا لِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
“To Allah we belong and to Him we will all return.” (2:156) 

We are launching this fundraising campaign to build a masjid as a form of sadaqah jariyah (ongoing charity) for our sister Aalia Mahomed, who has returned to our Creator.

The Prophet ﷺ said:
“The best of what a person leaves behind are three: a righteous child who supplicates for them, ongoing charity whose reward reaches them, and knowledge that is acted upon after them.” (Sunan Ibn Majah 237)

Every prayer offered, every verse of the Quran recited, and every act of worship performed in this masjid will be a source of ongoing reward for Aalia insha'Allah.

All donations will be allocated to Global Helping Hands charity.

What your donations will help fund: 
- Construction of a community masjid in Pakistan.
- A large solar water well to provide clean water for the masjid and the wider community
- Fresh water supply and hygienic toilet block
- Qurans for use within the masjid
- Fans and lighting with solar-powered electricity
