Help my family and I collect sadaqah jariyah funds on behalf of our beloved, late grandfather, Mohammed Abdelmihdi Isbeih. May Allah (ﷻ) have mercy on his soul. 

Our grandfather passed away in November 2019. We would like to donate to the Islamic Center of Davis California under his name so that he may continue to be rewarded. 

Sadaqah jariyah is a beautiful gift that is precious in the eyes of Allah (ﷻ). It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "When a man dies all his good deeds come to an end except three: Ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah), beneficial knowledge and a righteous son who prays for him."

 أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْعَلاَءُ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ إِذَا مَاتَ الإِنْسَانُ انْقَطَعَ عَمَلُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ ثَلاَثَةٍ مِنْ صَدَقَةٍ جَارِيَةٍ وَعِلْمٍ يُنْتَفَعُ بِهِ وَوَلَدٍ صَالِحٍ يَدْعُو لَهُ ‏"‏‏.‏

Any donation that comes from a sincere heart with righteous intentions will help, no matter the amount. May Allah (ﷻ) reward you for every act of worship that takes place in the masjid, and may your donation testify for you on the Day of Judgement.
