'There is nothing dearer to Allah during the days of Qurbani ( Udhiyah ) than the sacrificing of animals. The sacrificed animal shall come on the Day of Qiyamah with its horns, hair, and hooves (to be weighed on a person's good deeds). The sacrifice is accepted by Allah before the blood reaches the ground. There fore sacrifice with an open and happy heart.'

One of the areas we are focusing on is Kampung Ampel, a small village located in the heart of Cambodia. This village is home to many families who are living in extreme poverty. The residents struggle to make ends meet, with limited access to basic necessities such as food, clean water, and education.
In Kampung Ampel, we aim to provide comprehensive support to those in need. Our efforts go beyond just distributing fresh meat during Eid al-Adha. We collaborate with local organizations and volunteers to implement sustainable projects that uplift the community.
One of our initiatives is the establishment of Trabengcheukk, a learning center within Kampung Ampel. This center serves as a safe haven for orphaned children and those from underprivileged backgrounds. Here, they receive education, vocational training, and access to essential resources that help break the cycle of poverty.
Through Trabengcheukk, we provide these children with opportunities they otherwise wouldn't have had. We offer academic classes, vocational workshops, and life skills training to equip them with the tools they need to build a better future. Additionally, we prioritize their emotional well-being by providing counseling services and creating a nurturing environment.
Our Sadaqah Qurbani campaign plays a crucial role in supporting these initiatives. Your generous donations enable us to provide nutritious meals, educational resources, and medical assistance to the children and families of Kampung Ampel. Feed the poor in Kashmir this Ramadan
Salam dearest brothers and sisters,
Last year, we endeavored to reach the impoverished families across Kashmir but fell short, leaving many in need. This year, we are committed to not only continuing our support but expanding it. Our goal is ambitious: to distribute essential food aid to approximately 3,000 families, focusing especially on those we couldn't assist last Ramadan. Each donation you make contributes towards fulfilling your Zakat and perpetuates the tradition of giving, as encouraged by the Prophet Muhammad. In doing so, you're not merely donating but providing a beacon of hope to those facing the harshest of realities.
In response to the ongoing crisis, we are urgently appealing for your support to help an additional 300 families by the end of Shawwal. These families, particularly those headed by single parents and those caring for orphans, face unimaginable hardships every day. The prolonged conflict in Kashmir has orphaned countless children and left many women widowed, all of whom rely on the compassion and generosity of people like you. With each food pack costing just USD 30, your contribution can sustain a family of five to six members for up to six weeks, offering them not just sustenance but a lifeline. Tomorrow (28/7/2023) would be a great day for all muslims to fast during the day of Ashura, as it was mentioned by the prophet Muhammad S.A.W, "The most excellent fast after Ramadan is God's month. al-Muharram"

It was narrated from Abu Qatadah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“Fasting the day of ‘Ashura’, I hope, will expiate for the sins of the previous year.” (Muslim)

Assalamualaikum and greetings to all generous contributors.
Alhamdulillah, Iltizam has fulfilled all the entrusted responsibilities of
the participants of the Sadaqah Qurbani Project 2023 in Cambodia. A total of 25 cows and 19 goats have been donated to The Needy and Faqir in the local community.
A total of 1500 families have benefited from this year's Sadaqah Qurbani Project. May Allah accept all our sacrifices and worship. Ameen.
In addition we also manage to conduct Qurbani Nutritious Food Aid to distributed to the needy Local community
