Goal: Lifesaving help for a multiply marginalized Woman with Disabilities & serious health conditions to stay safe, evacuate, & relocate to a small wheelchair accessible home. 

Emergency funds are being raised to evacuate a Muslim Woman with Disabilities & serious health conditions to flee from lethal harm to safety. She is under the care of medical specialists & receives provincial Disability assistance which doesn’t cover most of her needs. Every potential resource has been tried & yet the mainstream system is failing her. 

Funds raised are Zakaat eligible & will go towards the uncovered portions of: 

1. Medically required PPE (personal protective equipment), medical devices & treatment, air purification, decontamination, & disinfection supplies for moving to a safe home. 

2. Moving supplies & expenses. 

3. Portion of rent. 

Funds raised will be held in trust to pay these expenses with her autonomy, consent & consultation. 

Her identity is not disclosed publicly for privacy & safety. 

Despite her serious health conditions & Disabilities, she is a resilient Woman & beloved community member who gives back to our shared world & pours into our collective good. Please do not leave her behind.
