• FREE 2 Hours Open Training Session Every Wednesday For 16+

• BJJ & Kickboxing
• Help Those Struggling With Drugs And Alcohol Abuse
• Young Girls Self Defence Classes
• Women’s Only Fitness Classes
• Mentoring & Much More
