Unfortunately, the COVID pandemic destroyed our budget and we are in IMMEDIATE need of your help to prevent further cost increases and winterize the building while we press forward with the fundraising efforts necessary to complete Masjid Anisa. It feels impossible for us to adequately express our praise and
thanks to Allah for providing through YOU, our donors, the funds
necessary to purchase and repair our Mosque! We pray that Allah elevate your station with Him on the day of standing, that He overlook any mistakes or sins you may have made, and that He exchanges those, for good deeds with abundant rewards! We also pray that Allah relieves you of any difficulties or challenges you may be facing now, or in the future, Ameen!

Your Generosity has allowed us to remain in our current Mosque while we are embarking on building a new, and larger House of worship which will be the first ever “Built from the ground up Mosque” inside the city limits of Pittsburgh. The new Mosque is being built with funds that were bequeathed to us from from our Sister in Islam who passed away leaving a gift of Sadaqah Jaariyah for the construction of this new and HISTORIC Masjid.

Your donations not only gave us the ability to keep our place of
worship open for the Muslims on the North Side of Pittsburgh as
construction takes place, but upon completion of the New Mosque, our current site will be converted in to a Waqf (Islamic Endowment) which will produce an independent and stable source of income for the operational costs of the new Mosque, insha’Allah.

Our long term goal is to establish a Masjid that operates from a
position of financial strength and is no longer reliant a continuous stream of fundraising. We immensely appreciate your support, and will honor every dollar spent Fisahbi’Lah with care and consideration.
