My name is Fatehali and my journey to developing the Smart Rakat Counter began in 2016. Many of you might have been through times when sometimes kids come and talk to you, pulling your pajamas or sitting on the shoulder, all this while you are praying, i know its one of the sweet distraction. I am a young father and I was exactly in this situation, and then the most common problem is that you forget what rakat you're on while praying. That is when i realized I need a device to keep on top of my prayers and after not finding a good one in market i planned to invent one. 

I am absolutely passionate about technology & religion (deen), living in Singapore with vast technology background and successful entrepreneur journey with innovative products, and having 2 Patents on my Invention. 

We have now formed an amazing team all passionate about this vision, we founded SmartDeen to shed light on the greatest inventions Muslims will see over the years, Inshallah with all your support and encouragement.

After producing a small quantity of Rakat counters, and provided to close family and friends, which has received overwhelming responses, they all loved it! We have decided to take on a more pro-active role in mass-distributing the sets to organizations, distributors, retailers as well individuals like you which support all Muslims. In doing so, we hope that this project can contribute to the learning and progress of New Muslims worldwide.

We formed up the team, and then came sister Faiza Khan who is helping us with overall public relations, strategy and operations from Australia, and Brother Riaz in India is helping us with digital marketing stuff – Now we are a global stronger family. 
  

• Ideas trigger ideas, we were delighted to be part of recent GiEEC (Global Islamic Economy Entrepreneur Convention) in Kuala Lampur. All the whoswho from business, Islamic Finance appreciate this creative product, and most of them wanted one to use immediately. We are geared up and doing the pre-order campaign now on LaunchGood.
