WHAT'S GOING ON?

Stolen Palestinian land is being sold through illegal ‘realtor fairs’, organised across the US, Canada and other countries. These fairs advertise stolen Palestinian land and make it available for purchase to potential settlers. This is illegal under state, federal and international law. In November alone, 8 illegal sales fairs were held by stolen land sales agency, ‘MyIsrael’.

HOW DOES PROTECTING PALESTINIAN ‘LAND’ PROTECT PALESTINIAN ‘LIFE’?

Settlers commit daily violence and aggression on Palestinians. Between Oct 2023 – Aug 2024, 120 Palestinians were murdered by settlers. From the burning of olive groves and destruction of property to physical assault, violence and cold-blooded murder, settlers will stop at nothing to steal Palestinian land and Palestinian lives. 

BACKGROUND: WHAT'S HAPPENING IN THE OCCUPIED WEST BANK?

In 2024 alone, Israel illegally seized 23.7sq km (9.15sq miles) of Palestinian land in the occupied West Bank – exceeding the total land seized over the past 20 years combined. Israeli settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territories are in violation of Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, in breach of international declarations, and are thereby illegal. Despite this, settlers are not only protected by the Israeli Occupation Forces but actively incentivized and emboldened to steal Palestinian land by Israeli officials.
