Help Us Launch Our Mental Health Helpline to Support the Greater Minnesotan Community by December 2022!

Sukoon: Healing of the Minds is an initiative that aims to provide support and resources for minds in distress. It’s designed to help individuals cope with issues including: depression, anxiety, mental health, domestic violence, drugs, substance abuse, suicide, and several other struggles of life without fear of judgment.

Our Helpline Will Serve 7 Days a Week!

The helpline will be open and available to everyone locally 7 days a week. The goal of the helpline is to aid individuals in distress, cope with their struggles, and provide resources and support. The information and resources provided through the helpline will determine the next steps, and directly connect the callers to the appropriate channels. All calls will be received by culturally informed and trained clinicians who will answer questions, help de-escalate situations, and provide callers with available resources from local organizations, therapists, and government agencies.

People face hardships without a community to lean on. Cultural challenges get in the way, and anxiety prevents people from reaching out in fear of being misunderstood. Our diverse team of clinicians are trained to help with following and more:
