I aim to raise as much funds as possible during this beautiful month to help feed as many families as possible. 

Since 1991, Human Relief Foundation has been working tirelessly to provide emergency relief to some of the most vulnerable people in the world. One of the most important and prominent projects HRF do is provide food packages and hot meals to those who need it most. By working in countries such as Yemen, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Pakistan, Bangladesh and many more, HRF can reach those in desperate need. 

The food packs follow guidelines set out by the United Nations to ensure the contents are both nutritious and are non-perishable. Distributed packs provide families with enough food for up to one month. Some of the items inside a food pack are listed below:

• Rice
• Flour 
• Oil
• Lentils, beans & pulses
• Vegetables 
• Sugar
