We believe no individual should be without a place to call home, or without water and basic amenities to provide for and run their household. We also believe in creating an avenue for every individual to be self-sufficient and not require external aid. Seeds of Sadaqah has partnered with Human Care Initiative to enable and deliver this wonderful project, that we hope that you will support without hesitation, Insha'Allah.

How are Seeds of Sadaqah different?

Seeds of Sadaqah is a non-profit organisation focused on delivering sadaqah jariyah. Our mission is to establish a platform where you or any individual can leave behind a legacy. Which in turn will benefit you and your loved ones in this life and the hereafter,insha'Allah.

What is Sadaqah Jariyah?

It is an act of kindness and/or charity that is continuous, flowing and ongoing. One of the most rewarding acts we can do in our lifetime, of which the benefits will last long after we have passed.

Who benefits from your donations? 

We have closely worked with our partners in Bangladesh, to identify that the orphans, widows, the disabled and the most-needy require your donations the most. We have strict allocation criteria that will enable us to distribute your sadaqah appropriately.

Abu Huraira (RA) reported that the Prophet (SAW) said: 

"When a man dies, his good deeds come to an end, except for three instances, ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or pious children, who pray for him when they have passed."

ARSENIC-FREE DEEP-WATER WELL - (£350)

We ensure our deep-water wells are arsenic tested to provide a safe and long-lasting water source for the beneficiaries.

​TIN BASED HOUSING - (£1,300)

When choosing materials to build the tin house, every consideration is given to ensure that the end product is an everlasting benefit for the beneficiary and the donor.

As opposed to the popular bamboo base, Seeds of Sadaqah ensure that the foundation is done with concrete and heavy-duty materials so there is no compromise to the buildings structural finish. Engineers predict that our approach to building in this way leaves a structure that is more or less permanent.

There will be two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom in the tin house.

BRICK BASED HOUSING - (£2,500)

Similarly, when choosing materials to build the brick house, our engineers shop for the best quality bricks in the market, and further quality testing the brick to ensure the materials used are of a good standard.

The base is built with a concrete foundation and bricks all around. InshāAllāh these brick houses are a permanent build with two bedrooms a kitchen and a bathroom.

​EYE LENS CATARACT SURGERY - (£50 per operation)

We intend to run large scale medical camps, to assess, prepare and conduct highly effective eye cataract surgery. The procedure will remove the cloudy lens that is built up over time.

Our commitment on Zakah and its delivery

All of our projects and campaigns are Zakah eligible and have been verified after extensive consultations with our Sheikhs of knowledge in this field. We wholeheartedly deliver 100% of your zakah donations directly to the intended beneficiaries and Seeds of Sadaqah or any partners do not take any fees.
